I am a married cisgender female with 2 adult and one bonus child. I have 7 grandchildren whom I absolutely love watching launch, and mental health is my 4th career. I have a duel MS in mental health/pastoral counseling. I hold certifications in thanatology and addictions and I am level III trained, certified and a licensed clinical professional counselor in the State of Maryland . I love to read, sing, dance, laugh and spend lots of time in nature. One of my favorite practices is sitting outside watching the beauty of creation. That is reason I love this model, watching the beauty of healing unfold, and the creation of new relationships with parts. I met my IFS therapist in 2018, after several sessions the doors of my soul opened. I began receiving clarity, about my life, compassion for myself, courage to speak the hard things, and for the first time in my life I made sense.
