Help with Seba Dreams and seba.health.

What Seba Dreams is

Seba Dreams is a private dream journal for iPhone and iPad, where you can bring a dream to Sebastian. Sebastian is an AI and can be wrong, and Seba is for reflection and education, not medical or mental-health care.

If you need help now, call or text 988 in the United States. Free and confidential, day or night. Elsewhere, find a helpline in your country at findahelpline.com.

Questions, or trouble signing in? Write to Cody Peterson, who runs Seba.

cody@seba.health Email Cody

He answers within a few days. If it is about your account, write from the email address you sign in with.

Signing in

You don’t need an account to keep a journal in the app. Signing in is optional. When you sign in by email, Seba sends you a sign-in code or a link.

  • Use the code or link on the same device that asked for it.
  • Codes and links last 15 minutes and work once. If yours ran out, ask for a new one.
  • No email after a few minutes? Look in your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new one.
  • Asked several times in a row? Wait 15 minutes, then ask once more.

In the app: tap Sign in, type your email and tap “Email me a sign-in code”. Type the 6-digit code from the email into the app. No email? Tap “Send a new code”.

On the website: open your profile page, type your email and choose “Email me a sign-in link”. Open the link on the same device, in the same browser.

Deleting your account

In the app: open Account, then tap “Delete account”. You see it when you are signed in.

On the website: sign in, open your profile page, and choose “Delete all my data”.

Deleting removes:

  • Your account and the email address on it
  • Your sign-ins on every device
  • Anything you saved to your account
  • Sebastian’s memory of you
  • Conversation threads saved on Seba’s servers
  • Your usage counts
  • Feedback you sent from the website

It cannot be undone. What stays:

  • The journal on your iPhone or iPad stays, unless you also choose to clear it.
  • A membership keeps billing. Deleting your account does not cancel it, so cancel it first (see below).
  • Seba’s search logs may keep part of what you wrote for about 90 days.
  • Companies that already handled your words follow their own rules for what they keep.

Never signed in? Then Seba has no account for you, and your journal stays on your device. Can’t sign in to delete? Write to Cody from the address on the account, and he will delete it.

Memberships and refunds

Paid on seba.health: write to Cody to cancel, or about a refund or a charge that looks wrong. Include your Stripe receipt if you have it. You can also choose “Manage or cancel membership” on your profile page.
