Natalie Yvette Gutiérrez , LMFT , is a certified IFS therapist in New York. She identifies as Latine, of the Puerto Rican diaspora (aka Boricua). Much of her work is dedicated to supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color healing from Complex Trauma, working with ancestral trauma and the impact of systemic racism and oppression on parts. She often blends the understanding of IFS and Liberation. Natalie is the author of The Pain We Carry: Healing from Complex PTSD for People of Color. She is a proud mother of two, currently living in Puerto Rico.
