Michelle Glass is an Alternative Counselor and Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator based in Eugene, Oregon, operating under her practice The Listener LLC. She is one of the few IFS practitioners legally licensed to facilitate psilocybin-assisted therapy integrated with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, offering deep and lasting healing by getting to the root of problems that hold clients back from living their fullest potential.

Michelle is the creator of Daily Parts Meditation Practice® (DPMP®), a registered process she developed to deepen IFS sessions and healing through six tools of integration: Parts Timelines, Parts Catalogue Cards, Parts Biographies, Parts Maps, the DPMP Meditation, and Parts Externalizations. The DPMP® was first presented at the 2016 Annual IFS Conference in Rhode Island as a 3-hour workshop and is now taught at IFS conferences worldwide. The accompanying book is available in both English and Spanish, along with supplementary tools including Parts Catalogue Cards and Guided Meditations.

With 380+ hours of direct study with IFS founder Richard Schwartz — more than most certified therapists accumulate — Michelle brings exceptional depth to her work. She provides services both locally in Eugene, Oregon and globally, offering psilocybin-assisted facilitation, IFS and psychedelic courses, and DPMP® and IFS-Introductory Workshops around the world. She is known for providing a truly safe, non-judgmental environment that welcomes clients with all their feelings and beliefs. She is currently full with a lengthy waitlist, though her DPMP training programs extend her reach to a broader audience.
