Biography
Mariel Pastor is an IFS Lead Trainer and Certified IFS Therapist who studied closely with Richard Schwartz beginning in the 1990s. She is the principal author of the 200-page Internal Family Systems Level 1 Training Manual and co-founder and Clinical Director of the IFS Telehealth Collective. She is trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and has trained across the U.S. and internationally.
