Jeanne Catanzaro is a clinical psychologist with more than thirty years of experience treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and trauma. She is Vice President and co-owner of the IFS Institute and trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR before discovering IFS. She authored Unburdened Eating, an IFS-based approach to healing relationships with food and the body.
