Daria Matkowska, a psychologist in Poland and clinical psychologist in Australia, IFS Certified Therapist and Approved Clinical Consultant. In addition to IFS, Daria is trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and clinical applications of the Polyvagal Theory and the Theory of Structural Dissociation. She specialises in complex trauma recovery, eating disorders, psychosomatic and chronic health conditions, grief and loss, legacy and intergenerational themes, and impacts of working with traumatised clients (vicarious and secondary trauma). Daria has a passion and extensive experience in developing and delivering group therapy, workshops, and presentations to participants in therapeutic, educational, and business settings, including university, hospitals, community, government, non-for-profit, and private organisations. She greatly enjoys supporting underserviced populations, in particular culturally and linguistically diverse and LGBTQIA+ communities.
