Cath Leith is a Certified IFS Therapist with master’s degrees in social work and teaching. Cath runs a private online practice offering IFS therapy and clinical consultation, based in Australia. She draws on over 18 years of experience working with individuals, children, families, and communities across government, non-government and private settings in the healing from complex trauma, systemic abuse, and profound marginalisation and relational disconnection. Cath facilitates nurturing and community building retreats for IFS therapists and has a passion to contribute to the awareness of invisible disability. She is known for her depth, her warm, compassionate presence, and her sense of playfulness and delight in others. Cath lives by the beach and finds joy in bushwalking, kitesurfing, dancing, playing music, and diving into wilderness and adventure wherever she finds it.
