Hello! I’m Bridge Kiley (she/her), a licensed mental health and certified IFS therapist in the Greater Boston area. I was named Bridget after the Gaelic term Bríd (meaning Strength) and the Irish Saint Brigid (connected to poetry, healing, care for people and Imbolc - new life and growth). With the nickname Bridge, the qualities represented in my name highlight what I aim to bring to my work and life: care, creativity, tapping into strengths, and connections that facilitate growth, self-compassion and ease. I offer therapeutic services: this includes weekly therapy, therapy intensives, and consultation for therapists. My work aims to support each person connecting to: internal wisdom, needs, community and collective wisdom, and self-compassion in addressing shame, grief and the impact of systemic oppression. Various healing modalities in addition to IFS inform my work: EMDR, Doula birth support, Reiki, contemplative, liberation, LGBTQ+ affirming and Health at Every Size frameworks.
