Ann Sinko is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Senior IFS Trainer with over 35 years of clinical experience. She has been a lead IFS trainer since 2007 and taught Marriage and Family Therapists for 27 years at Central Connecticut State University. She specializes in legacy burdens and creative externalization of parts, and maintains a private practice in Portland, Connecticut.
