Meghan Gilliland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified Therapist who has been working in the mental health field since 2005. She began her career as a case manager for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, which set her on the path to specializing in trauma therapy. Over the years, she has provided therapy across a range of settings, including in-home services for children in foster care and court-involved families, as well as residential treatment for eating disorders. In 2019, she launched her private practice offering online therapy for trauma, anxiety, and related concerns.
Meghan specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress through evidence-based approaches, most notably EMDR therapy. She integrates EMDR with other trauma-informed modalities to support nervous system regulation and lasting change. Many of her clients are therapists, healthcare providers, and other helping professionals seeking a grounded, supportive space to do their own inner work. She is one of a small number of clinicians offering Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™, integrating psychedelic medicine with trauma reprocessing.
Licensed across four states — Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Massachusetts — Meghan operates a telehealth-only practice. She is also an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, offering consultation with an integrative, depth-informed lens. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in advanced training in areas such as IFS, clinical hypnosis, OCD treatment, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
