Elia Charles is an experienced Clinical Social Worker and Owner of EHC Therapeutic Services, LLC, located in Alexandria, Virginia. She is a Laliotis-trained EMDRIA Consultant serving the DC/Virginia corridor, and one of very few Black women holding EMDRIA Consultant status in the DC metro area.
