Jordan Dann is a trauma-informed somatic therapist, author, teacher, speaker, and New Yorker based in New York City. As a highly trained psychoanalyst, she makes cutting-edge therapy more accessible, communal, and colorful through her in-demand private practice, writing, rich teaching, and an influential social media presence with over 87,000 Instagram followers and a 13.84% engagement rate.

Jordan bridges psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, and Somatic Experiencing to help individuals and couples restore vibrancy to their lives by reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies and guiding them through the dance of rupture and repair. She authored 'Somatic Therapy for Healing Trauma' (Rockridge Press, 2022) and co-authored 'Experiential Therapies for Treating Trauma.' She also serves as Faculty at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy in New York City, one of the leading post-graduate training programs in NYC, where she has taught since May 2022.

Jordan brings an unusual background as a trained performing artist, holding both a BFA in Acting and an MFA in Theatre Education with a focus in Linklater Voice Technique from Boston University. This embodied sensibility informs her clinical work, which integrates parts-based approaches, emotion regulation, somatic awareness, and relational healing. She maintains a private practice caseload of 25–30 patients and also offers a relationship transformation course and wedding officiant services.
