Terms

The ground rules for using Seba.

Who these terms cover

These terms cover seba.health, Sebastian, the Seba library, the practitioner directory, the guided experiences, donations, and related public pages. In these terms, “Seba” means the Seba Health project operated by 702 Alliance LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Not clinical advice

Seba is a scholarly and educational resource on depth psychology — a curated library, a practitioner directory, and an AI-guided companion drawing on the Jungian and classical traditions. Nothing on Seba is a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or a therapeutic relationship with a licensed clinician. Sebastian does not provide medical advice, psychiatric advice, or a clinical opinion. If you are in crisis, reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) or your local emergency services.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read Seba, ask Sebastian questions, save readings, and share individual pages with anyone. Please do not attempt to scrape the site at scale, overload the AI endpoints, reverse-engineer the system, or submit content that is abusive, threatening, or illegal. Automated queries, rate-evasion, and bulk extraction are prohibited.

Age

Seba is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the interactive features or make a donation. Seba is not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information.

Content and attribution

Seba’s editorial writing — the essays, glossary entries, Sebastian’s AI-generated answers, and the book descriptions — is published by Seba Health under the care of editor Cody Peterson. Short excerpts from the library’s source material are used for scholarly commentary and attribution, and belong to their original authors and publishers. You may quote Seba’s editorial pages with credit and a link back; please do not republish large sections or Sebastian transcripts without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the dreams, questions, notes, feedback, interview responses, and other material you submit. You give Seba a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, and display that material only as needed to provide the service, operate the site, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and handle material you explicitly save or submit for editorial review. That processing can include sending your prompt and context to third-party AI providers used by Seba.

Please do not submit content you do not have the right to share, and do not submit illegal, abusive, or intentionally harmful material.

AI-generated answers

Sebastian’s replies are generated by large language models reading against a curated library. We work hard to keep them grounded and citation-aware, but they can be incomplete, stylistic, or occasionally wrong. Treat them as a scholar’s orientation to the material — a starting point for your own reading, not a final word.

Practitioner directory

Listings in the practitioner directory are editorial recommendations based on public credentials and materials. Inclusion is not an endorsement of any individual session or outcome, and Seba is not a referral service or therapy matchmaking service. Practitioners are responsible for their own licensing, scope, and care.

Donations and refunds

Donations are voluntary gifts of support. They do not buy a guaranteed result, clinical service, directory placement, or special access beyond supporter treatment that Seba may offer, such as fewer donation nudges or higher courtesy limits. Seba is not a registered nonprofit, so gifts are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

One-time gifts are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistaken or duplicate donation, email cody@seba.health and include the Stripe receipt or payment reference if you have it. Monthly support can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past gifts.

Dream-reading credits

When offered, dream-reading credits are one-time purchases rather than donations or subscriptions. The quantity and price shown at checkout control the purchase. A verified credit attaches to the browser used for checkout, expires after about ninety days, and is spent only after that browser’s free dream-reading measure has been used.

A credit purchases access to another reading, not a particular interpretation or outcome. If a paid credit does not attach, or a charge appears mistaken or duplicated, email cody@seba.health with the Stripe receipt or payment reference so it can be reviewed.

Estate membership

Estate membership is a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout. It raises stated usage limits and opens the member research connector while the subscription remains active; it does not promise a particular interpretation, result, or uninterrupted availability. Public library pages remain available without membership.

Membership can be managed or cancelled through the Stripe portal on the Seba profile page, or by emailing cody@seba.health. Cancellation stops renewal; access may continue through the paid billing period. Past subscription charges are not automatically refunded. Mistaken or duplicate charges should be reported with the Stripe receipt or payment reference so they can be reviewed.

No warranties

Seba is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seba makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that Sebastian’s answers will be complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seba and 702 Alliance LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; emotional distress; lost profits; or harms arising from reliance on AI-generated answers, directory listings, or third-party materials. Seba’s total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Seba in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Changes

These terms may change as Seba evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
