Dr. Arielle Schwartz is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and founder of the Center for Resilience Informed Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. She was introduced to Jungian psychology by her mother and was drawn to depth approaches through many years of dream work and embodied process work.
She earned her master's degree in somatic psychology from Naropa University and developed Resilience-Informed Therapy, which integrates EMDR, somatic psychology, and relational psychotherapy. Her work in somatic transpersonal psychology centralizes body awareness as a primary healing agent, connecting psyche with soma. She is the author of multiple books on trauma recovery and somatic therapy.
