Biography
Ariel Giarretto is Faculty of Somatic Experiencing® International, based in Oakland, CA, United States. SE is a body-oriented approach to trauma resolution developed by Peter Levine, working with autonomic nervous-system regulation, sensation, and the somatic completion of thwarted survival responses. Ariel Giarretto, LMFT, CMT, CSB has been a body-oriented trauma therapist for many decades. On staff at the Esalen Institute throughout the 90's, she studied with some of the finest somatic teachers and sexuality experts.
