Adrienne Loker is a national trauma recovery expert and trainer based in Richmond, Virginia, who founded Seeking Depth to Recovery. She completed the three-year Somatic Experiencing training and is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Consultant. She developed her own Somatically-Centered EMDR protocol and is trained in psychodrama, brainspotting, and art therapy. She treats developmental, relational, childhood, and shock trauma.
