Jo Knight (Gibson), is a certified IFS and IFIO therapist, clinical supervisor and IFS approved clinical consultant with 17 years experience of working with complex relational trauma, shame and dissociation. With a background in humanistic, relational, somatic, creative and energetic ways of working, Jo is moved to support bodies, minds and souls to return to a place of ease and safety. Over the years Jo has also been involved in supporting, developing and training for organisations and charities in the UK. Jo has a deep love of wild nature and animate energies. She is also passionate about connecting and communicating playfully through music, dance and art.
