Biography
Michel Schittecatte is Faculty of Somatic Experiencing® International, based in Brussels, Belgium. SE is a body-oriented approach to trauma resolution developed by Peter Levine, working with autonomic nervous-system regulation, sensation, and the somatic completion of thwarted survival responses. Michel Schittecatte is a Belgian PhD Psychiatrist consulting at the Erasmus University Hospital of Brussels and in private practice in Paris. He also teaches a course on victimology at the University of Brussels and is appealed as a forensic expert.
