Mariëlle Maaswinkel is Faculty of Somatic Experiencing® International, based in Netherlands. SE is a body-oriented approach to trauma resolution developed by Peter Levine, working with autonomic nervous-system regulation, sensation, and the somatic completion of thwarted survival responses. Mariëlle Maaswinkel is a licensed therapist in a private practice for body-oriented psychotherapy and faculty member for Somatic Experiencing®. After finishing the Somatic Experiencing training in 2011, she has assisted different SE teachers in SE-trainings and in post-advanced SE courses in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Italy and Finland.
