Biography

Laurie Watson is a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds a PhD in Sexology, a Certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Newport Psychoanalytic Institute, and serves as clinical director of Awakenings Counseling for Couples and Sexuality with offices across North Carolina. She is the author of Wanting Sex Again and host of the Foreplay podcast.
