Danielle Knafo is a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Manhattan and Great Neck, New York. She earned her PhD from the CUNY Graduate Center and trained in psychoanalysis at NYU. She is currently faculty and supervisor at NYU's Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis and Adelphi University's Postgraduate Programs. Her books The Age of Perversion and The New Sexual Landscape and Contemporary Psychoanalysis address how psychoanalysis can meet the novel sexual realities of contemporary life.
