Lauren Cunningham is a Founding Member of Sandplay Therapists of America, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Jungian Analyst certified in both adult and child/adolescent analysis. She is a Teaching Member of both STA and the International Society for Sandplay Therapy, practicing in San Francisco, California.
As one of the founding members of STA, established on February 28, 1987, Cunningham has been instrumental in building the organizational infrastructure that supports sandplay therapy in America. She offers monthly case consultation meetings for sandplay practitioners.
Her dual certification as a Jungian Analyst in both adult and child/adolescent analysis, combined with her Teaching Member status, makes her one of the most comprehensively credentialed sandplay practitioners in the country.
