Betlem Estrany Sanfeliu is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. An IFS therapist and Assistant Trainer, she integrates IFS with Somatic Experiencing, AEDP, and NeuroAffective Touch, always bringing a strong focus on the wisdom of the body. For two decades she guided educator teams supporting people living with disability and trauma, which shaped her compassionate approach to healing. Together with her wife, Imma Lloret, IFS Trainer, she offers international workshops on shame and embodiment, and she maintains a private practice in Spain.
