Analía Castaños-Davis (she, her, ella) is our first Latin American IFS Trainer. She offers consultation and psychotherapy in English and Spanish. She received her masters in Systems Counseling in 2009 from Bastyr University in Seattle, and has worked in community mental health and private practice since then. Analía created the first online IFS-Intro-Training in Spanish course , and is actively invested in growing IFS within the Spanish speaking community. Besides IFS and IFIO, Analía has been trained in psychedelic therapy at the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and in Indigenous Medicine by Amita Academia Indígena in Mexico. Analía is originally from Guadalajara, México, lived in Seattle for 22 years and is now sharing time between Mexico and Seattle. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, dancing, hiking and eating delicious food and desserts.
