Two ongoing experiential psychodrama groups in the San Francisco Bay Area, led by Sylvia Israel, a nationally certified psychodrama trainer and founder of the IMAGINE! Center for Creativity and Healing. The San Francisco group meets biweekly on Tuesday evenings; the San Rafael group meets monthly on Saturday mornings with a 12-session initial commitment. Using classical psychodrama techniques, participants embody and explore relationship patterns, family dynamics, trauma recovery, and personal growth through guided dramatic enactment.
