Pat B. Allen is an artist, registered art therapist, and author who teaches at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has been a Registered Art Therapist since 1977 and earned her PhD in Art Therapy from Union University in 1986. She is a co-founder of the Open Studio Project in Chicago and founder of Studio Pardes in Oak Park, Illinois. She also serves as Senior Advisor and Consulting Faculty at the Jewish Studio Project.
