Cindy Stanberry is a Certified Jungian Analyst through the C.G. Jung Study Center of Southern California and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California. She received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles in 1995, and has been licensed as an LMFT since 2002. Her interest in Carl Jung's work began in 1993, with a focus on developing the relationship between the conscious and the unconscious. Prior to receiving her license, she spent six years working in various training facilities, including two years at the C.G. Jung Institute in Los Angeles.

With over 20 years of experience as a clinician, Cindy works with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, quarter-life and mid-life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, adoption, abandonment, health, and spirituality. She also has a background in working with alcohol and substance abuse issues and continues to work with people in recovery, using therapy to uncover and explore the suffering underlying addiction. She particularly enjoys working with artists and others who wish to access their creativity.

Cindy's therapeutic approach centers on providing a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world, release unhelpful patterns, and connect with their authentic selves. She believes that the unconscious serves as each person's own best guide, and her role is to help clients recognize and follow their inner voice. In addition to her formal training, she has lived in foreign countries, attended seminars in self-discovery, and engaged in ongoing personal study of psychology and healing.
