Since 2003, Dr. Carolyn H. Bray has offered a therapeutic space where insight, reflection, and transformation are possible. As a psychologist and Jungian analyst, she provides in-person and online services to adults and couples from her Mill Valley office, supporting clients throughout California who are drawn to deep emotional work.

Drawing on her doctoral training from Pacifica Graduate Institute and years of clinical experience, Dr. Bray provides individual and couples therapy that gently encourages self-exploration, emotional healing, and psychological integration. She works closely with Mill Valley and California clients to uncover the internal conflicts and forgotten experiences that often inform current struggles. Her approach is attentive and nonjudgmental, shaped by both emotional presence and psychological insight.

Clients often come to her seeking help with emotional pain, confusion, or persistent patterns that no longer serve them. Some are in recovery from addiction, others are survivors of sexual trauma, or in relationships that feel stressed or disconnected. Many are searching not just for symptom relief, but for a sense of meaning and self-understanding. Grief, anxiety, shame, and unresolved wounds are all treated with care.

Dr. Bray's mission is to guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, helping them to live with greater integration of every part of themselves. Through this work, people often discover not just relief, but renewal.
