RESET is a university-affiliated IOP within the START Center at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department of Psychiatry. The only in-person IOP in Colorado focused exclusively on complex trauma through body-centered psychotherapies. Combines group EMDR, IFS parts work, trauma-sensitive yoga, sand tray therapy, and narrative exposure within a polyvagal framework. Accepts Medicaid, making it unusually accessible for a depth-oriented trauma IOP.
Best for
Adults 18+ with trauma histories affecting daily functioning who want a somatic and parts-based approach within an academic medical center. Notably accepts Medicaid.

The only in-person IOP in Colorado specifically focused on treating complex trauma through body-centered psychotherapies.
