The Centro Italiano di Psicologia Analitica (CIPA) was founded in 1966 by a group of AIPA analysts and is characterized by a more philosophical-cultural orientation to Jungian psychology. CIPA has headquarters in Rome and operates an institute in Milan.

The heart of CIPA's training consists of personal analysis and supervision of clinical cases, both individual and group. The organization focuses on the study, development, and dissemination of Analytical Psychology in Italy and internationally, and the training of specialists in psychotherapy with Jungian orientation.
