Katie Markley, MA, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over eleven years of private practice experience integrating somatic psychotherapy, neuroscience-informed trauma treatment, and psychedelic-assisted healing. She completed her master's degree at Naropa University, where she specialized in somatic trauma work and art therapy, grounding her clinical orientation in embodied, contemplative practice. Ms. Markley is trained by MAPS in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for post-traumatic stress disorder and served as Director of Psilocybin Retreats at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute's Eugene, Oregon training center, bringing direct clinical leadership in both major psychedelic modalities currently under research investigation. Her practice, Resilience Therapy, draws on the integration of neuroscience and somatic psychotherapy to support nervous system regulation and trauma healing. Ms. Markley is a member of the Native American Church and brings a contemplative, mindfulness-based sensibility to her work with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and codependency.
