Gina Gratza, MS, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed psilocybin facilitator, psychedelic researcher, and lead educator in Portland, Oregon. With a master's degree in counseling and over a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through trauma, relational fractures, and personal transformation, Gratza has specialized in psychedelic-assisted facilitation drawing upon extensive training with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies and the Polaris Insight Center for Ketamine. In her role as Program Coordinator and Lead Educator at InnerTrek, she has shaped the training of Oregon's emerging facilitator workforce and contributed significantly to the field's pedagogical foundations. She additionally serves as a Research Study Therapist with the Social Neuroscience and Psychotherapy Lab at the Portland VA.
