Clara Langrall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist serving as the Lead KAP Therapist at The Juniper Center, a multi-site group practice in the Chicago metropolitan area. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her KAP certification through the Alchemy Community Therapy Center. Langrall's therapeutic orientation is humanistic, relational, and holistic, integrating client-centered, strengths-based, harm-reduction, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness-based, Gottman method, and integrative approaches. At The Juniper Center, she works alongside psychiatrist Dr. Richard Shapiro and nurse anesthetist Rick Clark to deliver a comprehensive KAP program that includes ketamine lozenges through Journey Clinical as well as intramuscular and intravenous administration at the downtown Chicago office. The program follows a three-phase model encompassing preparation, medicine sessions, and integration. Langrall works with emerging adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties, family-of-origin dynamics, career stress, and life transitions, and also provides couples therapy focused on communication improvement and empathy-building.
