Miles Neale is a New York State licensed psychotherapist who integrates Tibetan Buddhism and contemplative science into clinical practice. He holds a PsyD from the California Institute of Integral Studies and has studied clinical applications of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism for over 25 years, living for extended periods in monastic settings in Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. He is the co-developer of the Nalanda Institute's Contemplative Psychotherapy Program, author of Return with Elixir and Gradual Awakening, and co-editor of Advances in Contemplative Psychotherapy. After building a successful private psychotherapy practice in New York for over two decades, he now also leads pilgrimages and teaches internationally.
