About
Heather Fosnaugh is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and the founder and CEO of Indiana Counseling and Resilience Center in Indianapolis. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University, graduating in 2004, and brings over twenty years of clinical experience across school, clinic, home, and private practice settings. Fosnaugh holds EMDRIA Certification as an EMDR Therapist and is currently pursuing Approved Consultant status. She has received specialized training in the Flash Technique under its developer Dr. Philip Manfield, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy under its co-developer Dr. Anthony Mannarino, and Mind-Body Medicine, complemented by proficiency in Family Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Her clinical work spans individual, family, and group modalities, with particular expertise in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, grief, and adolescent mental health.
