Francesca Eleuteri

Francesca Eleuteri is a multilingual health psychologist and clinical neuropsychology researcher practicing in Amsterdam and The Hague. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and is registered as a GZ-Psycholoog (health psychologist), Psycholoog NIP with the Dutch Institute of Psychologists, and SKJ Master Psycholoog with the Youth Care Quality Register. Dr. Eleuteri completed her EMDR training in Adaptive Information Processing and integrates this modality within a broader clinical framework that includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems trauma work, and COGMED cognitive training. As a PhD candidate at the Radboud University Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behavior, she brings a rigorous research orientation to her therapeutic practice. Her clinical work addresses trauma, anxiety, depression, and cognitive difficulties, with particular expertise serving the expatriate community in the Netherlands. Dr. Eleuteri maintains registrations with the Dutch Institute for Neuropsychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Italian Psychologist Register of Lazio. She operates Functioning Psychology, offering both in-person sessions at her Amsterdam and Den Haag offices and online therapy services.
