Caroline Burrows

Caroline Burrows is an Accredited EMDR Trainer and Consultant based in Australia, and a pioneering figure in Australian EMDR therapy. She developed the first inpatient hospital EMDR programs in Victoria and serves as EMDR Coordinator at both The Melbourne Clinic and The Victoria Clinic, bringing EMDR into the most acute psychiatric treatment settings. She leads a team of 20+ EMDR therapists at Mindful Living Counselling and Psychology in Melbourne, making her the most prominent EMDR trainer in the city.

As a trainer, Caroline delivers innovative, live EMDR workshops across Australia — including in Melbourne, Hobart, and Brisbane — designed to encourage, inspire, and motivate mental health professionals. Her training events are highly engaging and experiential, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
