Zara Heber Percy is a fully accredited Jungian analytical psychotherapist and couples therapist based in Brighton, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). She began her training with the Guild of Analytical Psychologists (GAP) in London in 2009, completing four years of theoretical study, a thorough personal analysis, and 200 hours of clinical placement in an acute psychiatric unit in East London, followed by several years of supervised practice. The Guild of Analytical Psychologists is a member organisation of both UKCP and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP).

In addition to her Jungian training, Heber Percy has completed Imago Couples Therapy Training and the Ellyn Bader Developmental Model Couples Therapy Training, giving her a distinctive integrative approach to working with couples. She offers individual Jungian psychotherapy as well as couples therapy and intensive couples therapy, addressing issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. She sees clients both in person at her Brighton consulting room near Preston Park and via Zoom, with flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday.
