Virginia Sant'Anna is a psychologist and Jungian analyst based in Santo André, in the greater São Paulo metropolitan area of Brazil. She is a member analyst of the Instituto Junguiano de São Paulo (IJUSP), which is regionally affiliated with the Associação Junguiana do Brasil (AJB) and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP). Her clinical work encompasses adults, adolescents, sandplay groups, and supervision within a Jungian framework.

Sant'Anna's practice is enriched by direct engagement with public mental health. She has worked as part of a multidisciplinary team at CAPS III JARDIM, a public psychosocial care center in Santo André serving patients in severe psychological distress within the Brazilian unified health system (SUS). Her 2019 monograph, Espelho mágico: Refletindo a imagem, supervised by Gustavo Barcellos, explored the experience of this clinical setting through the theoretical lenses of Carl Jung, James Hillman, Gaston Bachelard, and African Yoruba philosophy, weaving together image, consciousness, and the individuation process. Her integrative approach reflects a commitment to grounding Jungian analysis in the lived realities of communal mental health care.
