Susanna Wright is a Jungian analyst and psychotherapist with more than twenty years of clinical and professional experience, maintaining practices in both Kendal, Cumbria and central London. She qualified as a Jungian analyst in 1997 after training in intensive four-times-weekly analytic work, and has since become a Supervising Analyst of the Society of Analytical Psychology and a Training Therapist and Supervisor of the British Psychotherapy Foundation (Jungian section). She holds an MA in the psychodynamic approach to consultancy for organisations and has additional experience as an organisational consultant and manager.

Wright has made distinguished contributions to the field of analytical psychology through both scholarship and institutional leadership. She served as Co-Editor in Chief of the Journal of Analytical Psychology, the preeminent international journal in the field, and remains a consultant editor. In 2020, she was awarded the Michael Fordham Prize for her clinical paper 'Analytic Attitude — Focus or Embodiment? Subtle Communications in the Transference/Countertransference Relationship,' which the editorial committee recognized for its integrity, depth, and innovation.

Her international engagement includes serving as an analyst for trainees of the International Association of Analytical Psychology in St. Petersburg, and she has lectured and supervised extensively across the United Kingdom and overseas. Her clinical specializations include depression, relational difficulties, sexuality, trauma, and supervision. She works both online and in person, offering her services to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
