In the United Kingdom, she maintained a private practice and worked with emergency services in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire before relocating to Australia, where she continues both private practice and emergency services work.
A published researcher and independent scholar, Waldron has contributed to the Journal of Analytical Psychology, the Australian Journal of Psychotherapy, and Quadrant (New York), among other journals. Her scholarly interests encompass trauma psychology, historical dimensions of analytical psychology, and the psychodynamics of couples and families. She co-won the Australian Rural Hospital Award in 1993 for her work with a cardiac rehabilitation program, reflecting a longstanding commitment to bringing depth-psychological perspectives to diverse clinical and community settings.
