Leslie Zimmermann is an accredited Analytical Psychologist trained in the philosophy and psychology of C.G. Jung at the Jung Institute Zürich, Switzerland, and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She holds an Honours degree in Applied Psychology and a Masters degree in Research Psychology, which qualify her in the areas of human development, personality, abnormal psychology, social psychology, neuropsychology, sociology, ethics, and biological and perceptual systems.

Leslie is the developer of the E.R.A.S.E.D. (Rapid Somatic Emotion Regulation) Memory Reconsolidation Process — a short-term, somatic psychoanalytic method designed to permanently erase old, unwanted patterns of past learning and suffering, replacing and updating them with new knowledge. The process typically takes between two to eight sessions and is intended for individuals dealing with specific areas of difficulty or traumatic experiences who seek rapid and lasting relief.

In addition to her clinical depth psychology practice, Leslie offers services in dream analysis and dream work, family and home-based business consulting including privacy and territorial management, business skills, and relationship counselling, as well as broader business strategizing through a Jungian lens. Her work is grounded in the belief that personal meaning and flourishing — not mere survival — are achievable goals for her clients.
