Iveta Upeniece is a Jungian psychoanalyst and family systemic psychotherapy specialist with over twenty years of professional experience. Originally from Riga, Latvia, she is currently based in Tenerife, Spain, where she offers in-person sessions alongside online sessions available worldwide. Her clinical work integrates Jungian analytical psychology with systemic family psychotherapy, couples and family counseling, dream work, trauma healing, and individuation support.

Upeniece completed Jungian analytic training at the Lithuanian Jungian Analytical Institute and Jungian supervision training at ISAP Zurich. She is a Certified IAAP Jungian Analyst and a member of the Latvian Jungian Society.
