Ilaria Francesca De Gaspari is an M.D., psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and Jungian analyst based in Milan, Italy. She has worked for years in public hospital psychiatry at IRCCS Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico di Milano and is a member of the Centro Italiano di Psicologia Analitica (CIPA), the Italian member society of the International Association for Analytical Psychology.

De Gaspari maintains an in-person practice in central Milan and also works remotely. Her clinical work draws on Jungian psychoanalysis, psychiatry, psychotherapy, and EMDR psychotherapy, with attention to dreams, symbolic life, and the dynamics of the unconscious as pathways toward psychological integration.

She speaks Italian, English, and Spanish, has studied in Italy, Spain, and Austria, and teaches in Italy and internationally. Her scientific publications can be found in PubMed under the name Ilaria Francesca De Gaspari.
