Daniel Cross is a registered psychologist and accredited Jungian psychoanalyst practicing in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He holds a Master of Science degree from Loma Linda University and earned his Diplomate in Analytical Psychology from the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich, Switzerland. He is a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology and the Western Canadian Association of Jungian Analysts.
Cross maintains a private practice at Cross and Magill Psychological, where he works with individuals, couples, and families to collaboratively bring forth the strengths and direction they may have lost sight of or have yet to discover. His clinical work addresses stress, anxiety, panic, depression, addictions, loss of self and identity, childhood and current abuse and trauma, couple difficulties, parent-child conflict, and extended family issues.
In addition to his core training in analytical psychology, Cross is trained in Jungian sandplay therapy and sensorimotor psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma. He brings a particular interest in working with the deep, recurring patterns that manifest in relationships and personal life, drawing on the depth-psychological tradition to facilitate meaningful transformation.
