Charlotte Sjöström is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Authorized Supervisor, Board-Certified Dance Movement Therapist (BC-DMT), and Jungian Psychoanalyst (DSAP/IAAP) with a Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapies. She is a Specialist in Mental Health with over 40 years of experience in Medical Rehabilitation across clinics and hospitals in Scandinavia, the Middle East, North America, Africa, and Asia.

Charlotte has developed innovative creative treatment programs for individuals and groups addressing chronic pain, trauma, stress and exhaustion symptoms, anxiety, and depression. Her integrative approach draws on Basal Body Awareness, Authentic Movement, Mindfulness, dance/movement therapy, visual arts, and sandplay. She has also completed Marion Woodman's Leadership Training in 'BodySoul Rhythms,' enriching her somatic and depth psychological work.

She has extensive experience with volunteer community-based work, including involvement in local projects for women's health with the WHO (Riyadh) and environmental awareness with UNEP (Nairobi). These multicultural experiences have provided deep insight into traditional medicine and philosophy, fostering a flexible and culturally sensitive approach to rehabilitation and psychotherapy.
