Onsite has been doing experiential depth work for over 40 years on a 250-acre Tennessee campus. Their short-term workshops (Living Centered, Healing Trauma) are transformative intensives, while Milestones offers sustained residential trauma care. The combination of psychodrama, IFS, somatic work, and psychodynamic group therapy creates a genuinely depth-oriented treatment experience. No electronics policy forces full immersion.

Depth Orientation

Psychodynamic group therapy examining interpersonal relationships as mechanism for change. Psychodrama allows clients to reenact and reprocess traumatic scenes. Internal Family Systems (IFS) accesses protective and wounded inner parts through connection with core Self. Somatic therapy addresses body-held trauma. Family-of-origin work and core issue exploration are central to all programming.

Program Details

Length of Stay 6-day workshops or 30-90 day residential (Milestones)

Cost Workshops: $4,000-$6,000 for 6 days. Milestones residential: $49,000/30 days. Private pay; third-party insurance advocacy available.
