Deer Hollow Recovery is a trauma-focused residential treatment center situated at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Draper, Utah. The program specializes in treating complex psychological trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring conditions with particular expertise serving veterans, first responders, and medical professionals whose occupational exposure compounds their traumatic histories. The clinical framework integrates Internal Family Systems therapy, EMDR, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodrama, schema therapy, and Mind Body Bridging into individualized treatment plans administered by a multidisciplinary team that includes master's-level mental health clinicians, a board-certified psychiatrist, and licensed substance abuse counselors. Deer Hollow intentionally maintains a small client population to ensure meaningful therapeutic engagement and clinician attunement.
