Brian Pilecki

Brian Pilecki, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and licensed psilocybin facilitator based in Portland, Oregon, whose work bridges empirical clinical practice and the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. He holds a master's degree in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Fordham University. Dr. Pilecki specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and trauma-related conditions. At Portland Psychotherapy Clinic, he maintains an active clinical practice while serving as a trainer in psilocybin facilitation and contributing to ongoing psychedelic research. He is also a study therapist for MDMA-assisted therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). Through his practice Entropia, Dr. Pilecki provides individual and group psilocybin facilitation services under Oregon's regulated Psilocybin Services program.
